Project Overview

The Dilate team were thrilled with the opportunity to work with Perth’s most prominent luxury developer, Developwise in the complete redesign and rebuild of their website.

We were very grateful to have played a part in the evolution of the Developwise brand and business, and in ensuring that the Developwise website showcased their position as Perth’s premier provider of luxurious apartments.

In addition, the website restructure took place simultaneously with the launch of Developwise’s most recent development, the Sanctuary Apartments. As a result, we incorporated the design and development of the Sanctuary landing pages within the main website, essentially reflecting two websites in one.

Development

The Developwise website was officially launched on the 1st of August 2019. We are extremely proud and ecstatic over the results that we delivered. The website is absolutely amazing, beautiful and has exceeded all expectations. We’re also proud that we managed to build the Sanctuary Apartments landing pages as a complementary site within the main Developwise website. With Dilate’s Digital Marketing team assisting with the upcoming Sanctuary project launch, we are excited with the results that the new website will generate.

The Solution

Developwise approached Dilate Digital because they believed that their previous website needed to better reflect the evolution of the brand and the company’s niche product offering. The website also needed to be built to enable Developwise to aesthetically showcase their luxury developments via both high quality imagery and videos, and allow them to provide regular news and updates to their users.

During our discovery meeting with Developwise, we brainstormed design ideas and used the opportunity to align the client’s needs against expectations whilst providing technical and creative input and suggestions. We recognised that essentially the website needed to be an online collection and portfolio containing high resolution imagery, animations and video files in favour of a text-heavy website. In addition to this, the website needed to provide a simple yet functional way for users to get in touch with Developwise via the contact form.
